Constitution Mining Signs Agreement to Expand Peruvian Gold Sands Project
Lima, Peru – January 26, 2010 - Constitution Mining Corp. (CMIN.OB) announces it has signed an option to acquire an additional 79 square kilometers (30.5 square miles) of mining concessions in Peru, thereby increasing the Company's overall land position in the area to 461 square kilometers (178 square miles). The newly optioned properties extend both the southern and northern property boundaries of CMIN's existing Gold Sands project.

Constitution Mining Appoints New Director
Lima, Peru - January 14, 2010 - Constitution Mining Corp. (CMIN.OB) announces the appointment of Peter Wiget to serve on the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Wiget brings over 25 years of experience in finance and administration, working with both private and public companies. Mr. Wiget is the President of WITRAG Management Consultants AG, Zug, Switzerland. His broad network of contacts in North American and European financial markets should serve the company well as it continues to go forward and increase its financing needs. In the past, Mr. Wiget served as the Chief Financial Officer for Constitution Mining.

Lima, Peru – January 13, 2010 - Constitution Mining Corp. (CMIN.OB) announces that its Board of Directors has elected Alois Wiget to be Chairman of the Board and has appointed Dr. Michael Stocker as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and Gary Artmont as Vice-President for Exploration. All three individuals are currently officers or directors of the Company.
Mr. Wiget will replace Dr. Stocker as Chairman of the Board. Dr. Stocker will replace Mr. Artmont as President and CEO. Mr. Artmont will continue as a director, in addition to his duties as Constitution's VP for Exploration.
